Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will hold responsibility for the management and handling of day-to-day queries from customers. This includes inbound call handling, email correspondence, actioning changes to the subscription databases, administering orders and securely processing payments.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will also work closely with our Client Account Managers to ensure all promotional and product details are accurately maintained and handled. Our Customer Service Team is the first point of contact for our readers and an incredibly important part of what we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address client issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and fulfil requests.
  • Maintain and update client records in our CRM system.
  • Assist with the development of customer service procedures and continuously improve service quality.
  • Provide feedback to management to help improve customer service and products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
